7. Blue Cheese
Ok, all of you moldy cheese fans! I’ll bet you didn’t realize how easy it is to make your own blue cheese dressing. And, yes, it tastes much better than the store-bought.
- The milk is to thin it out and make it easy to pour, so use as much as you need to get the consistency you like.
- The blue cheese should be crumbled, obviously. 🙂
- Use just a dash of worcestershire and then add more if desired.
