4. Still Standing Foot Spray
Sounds too good to be true, right!? Just spray this stuff on your feet and the discomfort is gone? Well, it has anti-inflammatory ingredients (menthol, arnica, and aloe) that keep your feet from swelling, which apparently causes a lot of the pain in the first place. I've read that spraying this stuff on your feet is like dipping them in a bath of minty mouthwash, and makes them tingle. Sounds like a real treat to me! You can purchase it on Amazon, and it surprisingly has good reviews.
5. Forefoot Pads
I've never really thought about this, but wearing heels puts a lot more pressure on your forefoot, causing pain and discomfort after just a short time in them. Finally, a forefoot cushion that will actually stay in place! As long as your shoes cover your middle toe, you're good to go. These are also good for runners or anyone who is on their feet for several hours a day.
6. Foot Petals
I think just about every high heel has a few trouble spots, and unfortunately, you don't realize this until you've been in them for a few hours and start bleeding and dying from pain. These little sticky pads help cushion the blow! Simply stick them anywhere that your shoes cause discomfort, and don't forget to stash a few in your purse for later just in case you're unfortunate enough to find a new spot that irritates you.
