When chocolate cravings strike, make this EASY brownie recipe in one bowl. It’s ready in TWO MINUTES! Rich, FUDGY, decadent, and even vegan!
Ingredients

- 4 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp canola or vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp water
- 4 tsp flour
- a small handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add granulated sugar, cocoa, water, oil, and vanilla. Mix all of the ingredients with a fork.
- Mix in flour and stir until just combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds.
- Optional, add ice cream or whipped cream and serve immediately. The brownie is best warm.
Notes
*Feel free to substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips with butterscotch or peanut butter.
