Ingredients

1 cup Mayonnaise (I have substituted Greek Yogurt before and it’s a great substitution. It just has a different consistency after it’s refrigerated.)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Cucumber seeded/diced (optional: peeled)
Dash of Hot Pepper Tabasco sauce
1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tbsp of Dried Dill Weed (I like to add more.)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the Mayonnaise and cream cheese together in a bowl. Then, add lime juice, hot sauce and seasonings.
- Peel/de-seed and dice the cucumber.
- Fold in the diced cucumber. Refrigerate 2 or more hours for best results. Good for 2-3 days refrigerated.
