20. PVC Pipe Wine Rack

Yarn, balloons, and glue! That’s it. This is a really fun holiday decoration to make. I’ve also see these done filled with candy, stickers, and mini toys. Simply fill your balloons with treats before blowing them up, and give them away as gifts, or let the kids have fun finding them hidden around the house.
